Polyimide film (similar to Kapton® HN) is a
kind of special engineering plastic film which is achieved
by polycondensation of PMDA and ODA in strong polar solvents
and through the process of forming film and imine treatment
at high temperature. Polyimide film (similar to
Kapton® HN) possesses excellent physical, chemical, and
electrical properties, atomic radiation resistant, corrosion
and solvent resistant, low & high temperature resistant, it
is is widely used as insulation material in F~H class
motors, electric locomotive, cables, FPCB applications,
aerospace industries etc. |

Polyimide (or Kapton®, Polyester/Mylar®, Glass cloth and
acetate cloth) silicon acrylic or rubber adhesive tape
made of polyimide film (or Kapton®, Polyester/Mylar®, Glass
cloth and acetate cloth) coated with heat-resistant
silicone acrylic or rubber adhesive resin, which shows
excellent dielectric insulation properties, high heat
resistant, excellent solvent resistant, mask-off gold finger
contacts during wave soldering, and is widely used for
electrical insulation on motor, transformer, coils, PCB
masking and so on. |

High or low resistance anti-corona tape is made of polyester
fiber and glass fiber interlace cloth impregnated with high
or low resistance anti-corona varnish which is used in
VPI
(Vacuum pressure immersion insulating structure) of winding
of high-voltage electric machines and other high-voltage
elements, to prevent the generation of electric corona and
prolong the service life of electric machines and electric
appliance. |

Polyimide varnished glass cloth for voice coil is
made of imported glass cloth varnished with polyimide resin
after backing, which has excellent property of high-temp
resistance, radicalization resistance and corrosive
resistance; also it has good mechanical and electrical
property. It is widely used in electrical and electronic
application, especially in the making of voice coil.
